Buckingham Garden Centre

We are a family run garden centre that is well known nationally as a specialist for bare rooted hedging plants and young trees. The Garden Centre always has a good selection of shrubs and plants which are not commonly found elsewhere, together with a wide range of the more commonly sought after plants. Established for over 50 years, the Garden Centre has recently been redeveloped to a high standard. Our shop contains the largest selection of seeds and bulbs for miles around, together with garden chemicals, tools, garden furniture and many other goods. Outside we stock peat-based and peat-free composts, paving, fencing, timber decking, garden buildings and greenhouses, and a large range of pots, statues and garden ornaments. Our aquatics centre has a good reputation for their excellent quality tropical, marine and cold water fish. The Gardeners' Retreat, our coffee shop/restaurant, serves fresh home cooked food and is an excellent way to round off any visit to the Garden Centre.

* For the purpose of this guarantee, hardy means any plant that will withstand normal British temperatures and weather conditions.

Hardy plant guarantee

We offer a free replacement plant or a credit note for any hardy plant* which dies, providing it has received reasonable care, bears our Garden Centre label (if applicable) and is returned with the till receipt.

The guarantee is valid for five years for hardy plants* sold in pots one litre or larger and for one year for hardy plants* sold in smaller pots. For bare rooted and ball rooted plants* the guarantee is valid for one growing season and you must inform us of any failures by the end of August.

In all cases we will need details of planting and aftercare. Please pick up a copy of our planting guide leaflet. If you are in doubt about any aspect of planting please seek advice from a member of our plants team.

Items that are reduced to clear and aquatic plants are excluded. Extreme climatic conditions, viruses and diseases may invalidate this guarantee. Our liability will in no way exceed the original price paid. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
