We are looking to recruit a

FULL TIME GARDEN CENTRE
CASH OFFICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE & TILLS SUPERVISOR

We are currently looking to recruit a supervisor to support the Customer Services & Tills Manager.

A full-time position, working 78.5hrs per fortnight rota.

• Duties will include (but not limited to) cash handling, preparing floats, banking, ordering, instore accounts and back-office administration.
•  A high standard of accuracy and proficient in using MS Excel Spreadsheets is essential.
• Team member supervision, assisting the manager on the customer service desk and tills.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is required.
• Knowledge of customer service and tills would be beneficial, however full training will be given.

We are looking to recruit a

PART-TIME GARDEN CENTRE ASSISTANT
TILLS & CUSTOMER SERVICES

Part-Time position, working various shifts to include alternate weekends.

We are currently looking to recruit a team player to join our friendly Customer Services & Tills Department.

Main duties will include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Serving customers at the checkouts & customer service desk
• Trolley collections 'carry-to-car' service
• Dealing with face-to-face enquiries, telephone calls & emails
• Providing assistance to other departments as required
• A professional telephone manner is essential.
• Experience in MS Word, Excel and Serif would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.
